Cottages or pieces of property on an Indian Reserve or a Provincial or Federal park may not be found because they are not within any municipality’s boundaries and are, therefore, not assessed. Some remote parts of the province are not located within a municipality and are also not assessed.

How do you get A MANITOBA LAND TITLE SEARCH?

  • Roll number of the property
  • Civic address
  • Certificate of title number
  • Legal description, found on the tax bill
