WHY DO YOU NEED PHOTOCOPIES OF DOCUMENTS?
Photocopies of documents are available for Alberta Corporations, Non-Profit Organizations and Trade Names or Partnerships. You might need a copy of a document to prove who the registrant was, what the articles were, any bylaw changes or replacing a minute book that has been lost or misplaced etc.
HOW DO YOU GET PHOTOCOPIES OF DOCUMENTS?
Please provide the following information:
- Corporation name (or access number)
- Name of the specific document you are looking for (i.e.: annual return)
For online service: If you are doing the service online, please pay online and then email or fax (403.246.0647) us the above requirements, along with your payment receipt number. Upon completion of the order we will e-mail the results to you.
The fee charged is per document.
