Articles of Revival must be filed when a company has been struck for failure to file annual returns for two consecutive years or a previous dissolved company wants to resume doing business. All outstanding annual returns must be filed first.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than one outstanding Annual Return (i.e.: 2012, 2013 & 2014 are outstanding) you will need to purchase each Annual Return separately through Richmond Road Registry.

For online service: If you are doing the service online, please email or fax (403.246.0647) the above documentation.  When we have completed the Revival we will send you the ‘proof of filing’ and mail out the original to you – it’s that easy!
